The skater shirt and skatiest jacket is the first time the two words have been used together.
Skater shirts are designed to match the colours of the skaters outfits.
“There are lots of different things to wear,” said Karun Kumar, the director of marketing at the brand.
The jackets are sold through the shop, where the company makes the clothes.
When the shirt is sold, the company has to pay a premium of about Rs 20,000.
However, the jackets are a luxury item.
They are not cheap.
“If you want to go out, you have to spend more money than buying the shirt,” said Kumar.
“We have to get a commission on the sales.”
“Our goal is to make skater shirts and jackets a popular item,” said Tushar Singh, the founder and CEO of the company.
There are three types of skater t-shirts, each with a different colour scheme.
Kumar said that the company had sold out of all the colours and the number of jackets sold has been decreasing each day.
This trend of selling out of colours and jackets is also reflected in the brand’s social media presence.
A photo of a man wearing a jacket and shirt is captioned with a comment such as “this is what I bought when I bought my first one”.
“We are not afraid of the internet.
If the media talks about our products, it’s only because we have been making them.
We are not trying to change people’s mindset,” said Singh.
As the company prepares to launch the new season, the aim is to attract a wider audience.
At the moment, the brand is focusing on two-storey stores, which will be opened soon.
It plans to expand its footprint in the coming weeks. Read more:
